 FALL SCHEDULE

WE HAVE SOME EXCITING IDEAS FOR THE FALL SO PLEASE COME OUT AND SUPPORT OUR GROUP FITNESS CLASSES.  WITH INCREASED PARTICIPATION WE WILL BE ABLE TO ADD ON MORE CLASSES.  PLEASE EMAIL US WITH ANY SUGGESTIONS OR REQUEST.

****THURSDAY SEPT 13TH IS OUR FIRST OF A 6 WEEK CLASS  IT IS A CARDIO STRIP TEASE CLASS UTILIZING A CHAIR   THERE IS A $30 FEE ***************

WE HAVE ALSO ADDED A 7:30PM ZUMBA ON MONDAY AND A 6:30PM ZUMBA ON THURSDAY


COME OUT TRY ONE TRY ALL      CLASSES ARE FREE TO ALL BRICK RETRO MEMBERS

 

                                    

                                                 





     

THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONTINUED SUPPORT     PLEASE REMEMBER EVERYONE MUST CHECK IN AT THE FRONT DESK AND OBTAIN A CLASS PASS BEFORE ENTERING THE GROUP FITNESS ROOM........NO ONE WILL BE ADMITTED WITHOUT A PASS 

The group fitness program is open to everyone, even non-members.  Non-members pay $8 a class or can buy packages of 10 classes for $50  

No one will be admitted to the classes without checking in at the front desk.

If you are coming in for a daily you must arrive before class has started.  NO ONE WILL BE ADMITTED TO CLASS IF IT HAS ALREADY STARTED.  thank you
